Mwayi Ntaukira brings extensive expertise in water resources management and development. With a Bachelor of Science in Water Resources Management from Mzuzu University and currently pursuing an MBA at Alagappa University, Mwai is dedicated to continuous professional growth.

His diverse experience includes roles as Program Coordinator at Freshwater Project International, Water Quality Assistant at Southern Region Water Board, and leadership positions in research and data management at the Centre for Social Research and Save the Children. Mwai is skilled in WASH projects, data management, and technical tools such as computer-assisted modeling, data analysis, and GPS.

In his role at Freshwater Project International, Mwai leads initiatives to design piped water systems, respond to urgent WASH needs during crises like COVID-19 and cholera outbreaks, and develop water quality monitoring databases. His achievements include successful water system installations in health facilities, schools, and communities, along with rapid WASH response programs.

Mwai’s technical proficiency, coupled with his skills in videography, photography, community mobilization, and communication, makes him a valuable asset in driving sustainable development and empowering communities.
