Dr. Priyanka Dogra Patkar is a WASH Consultant at Freshwater Project International, leveraging over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience to lead donor engagement, program planning, and fundraising initiatives. She also manages social media, branding, and communication strategies to amplify the organization’s mission and impact.

Previously, Dr. Priyanka served as Senior Research Fellow at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and Senior Program Manager at the WASH Innovation Hub, where she led high-profile projects with partners like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, UNICEF, and GIZ. She was instrumental in establishing the WASH Innovation Hub, driving key initiatives in water, sanitation, and hygiene.

Dr. Priyanka’s expertise spans management, ICT for development, social marketing, gender equity, and education. She collaborates with academic, industry, and government partners, leading capacity-building, research, and outreach initiatives. Her leadership has guided complex, multi-year programs across water, sanitation, and health sectors.

Originally a dentist, Dr. Priyanka transitioned into public health and international development, contributing to the growth and success of various organizations. Her passion for transformative social change, especially for women and marginalized communities, fuels her commitment to achieving Sustainable Development Goals and creating lasting impact at scale.
